The Chocolate

The history of the chocolate raises up to the 1519 when Hernán Cortés sailed to the shores of Mexico. Due to its curative and restorative qualities it became popular and through ages kept widespread all over the world. Nowadays it is one of the favorite sweets of both children and adults. In calle Granada, 49 the chocolate is the king of the hearts. They sell chocolate imported from Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, Brazil and other countries. Besides, one of the rarest and most curious kinds of chocolate there is the salted one mixed with spices, cheese, steamed salmon, or even, anchovies, and all this leaves an impression that in a second a character of “The Chocolate” movie will come in.

“The Battery” Park

Children constantly need fresh life impressions, otherwise they feel bored and begin to play pranks. A good alternative to the playstation or sitting in the playground is a walk in a park. When in this park the child can climb a cannon, see the coast from a tower o take a boat trip through the fountains, the pleasure and good mood are granted.

The park is situated in Montemar Alto, in Torremolinos, open from Tuesday to Sunday, free entrance. The price of a boat trip is 1 euro per 30 minutes.
